5 pullups
10 pushups
10 DB squats (10# DBs)
15 KB swings (25#)
20 situps
Time - 7:55
3 Sep 16:
Walk 4.04 miles (Lasater Lake Loop)
Time - 1:06.38 (16:29 pace)
4 Sep 16:
Pushups/Situps
Alternate sets of 10 pushups/20 situps, x5
